What should I include in my message?
Group size, rough dates, where you'd like to go (or which service you need), and anything time-sensitive like a school event date. The more detail, the faster we can quote.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to every enquiry with a proposed route and a quote — send your dates as early as you can, especially for wildlife trekking permits or peak school-term dates.
Can I combine more than one service?
Yes — most bookings mix services, like a school tour with a bull roast to close the day, or an airport pickup that rolls into a multi-day itinerary.
Do you plan trips outside Uganda?
Yes — alongside our 11 Ugandan regions, we also plan routes into Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.
