Tuwaye Tours and Safaris was established to promote and enrich tourism within Uganda and the East African region — raising the standard of travel and hospitality, one trip at a time.

Our story

Gifted by nature, still waiting to be explored.

Uganda was once proudly code-named "the Pearl of Africa" by the British, ranked among the best tourist destinations in the world.

And yet, this immensely gifted country is still to be fully explored — even by its own nationals. That gap is why Tuwaye Tours and Safaris came into the limelight: to help Ugandan citizens appreciate their very own motherland, and to bring the same care to visitors discovering it for the first time.

Today we plan school tours, wildlife safaris, mountain treks, hotel bookings, airport transfers and custom journeys across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania — always with an eye on the sites and stories that make each place worth the trip.
